Yes — used as directed it's safe on holo and non-holo cards.
Will it affect grading? +
Cleaning may be treated as altering by grading services such as PSA, BGS and CGC. We recommend checking their policies before submitting.
How many cards per kit? +
It depends on condition, but a full kit comfortably handles many cleans.

So there are no surprises: our products lift grime, fingerprints and haze, and reduce light scratches to restore shine. They can't remove deep foil scratches, edge wear or whitening.
