We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Pro Mint Care is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Customs or external factors beyond our control

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Pro Mint Care is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
