Welcome to Pro Mint Care.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pro Mint Care.

By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including all policies referenced herein.

SECTION 1 – USE OF PRODUCTS & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Trading card cleaning and restoration involves inherent risk.

By purchasing and using any products sold by Pro Mint Care, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You use all products at your own risk and discretion
  • Results will vary depending on:
    • Card condition
    • User skill
    • Application technique

Pro Mint Care does not guarantee any specific outcome, including improvements in appearance, value, or grading results.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCT LIMITATIONS & WARNINGS

Our products are designed to assist with cleaning and improving trading cards, however:

  • Improper use may result in permanent damage
  • Certain card types (e.g. autographs, stamped foil, serial numbers, or specialty finishes) may be irreversibly affected
  • We strongly recommend:
    • Practicing on low-value cards first
    • Using clean applicators for each use

SECTION 3 – GRADING & ALTERATION DISCLAIMER

You acknowledge that:

  • Cards treated with these products may be classified as “altered” by grading companies (e.g. PSA, BGS, CGC)
  • Pro Mint Care makes no guarantees regarding grading outcomes
  • We are not responsible for any grading decisions or changes in card value

SECTION 4 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Pro Mint Care is not liable for any:

  • Damage to trading cards
  • Loss of value
  • Grading outcomes
  • Indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of products.

Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Refund of the purchase price

SECTION 5 – RELATIONSHIP TO MANUFACTURER

Pro Mint Care acts as a reseller and distributor of third-party products.

We do not manufacture these products.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Product performance, formulation, and intended use are determined by the original manufacturer
  • Pro Mint Care relies on manufacturer information and does not independently guarantee product performance

SECTION 6 – AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

SECTION 7 – ORDERS & PRICING

All prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.

Orders may be refused or cancelled at our discretion.

SECTION 8 – SHIPPING

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Pro Mint Care is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Customs
  • External factors outside our control

SECTION 9 – RETURNS

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Products must be unused and in original condition unless faulty.

SECTION 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All branding, content and materials remain the property of Pro Mint Care or respective licensors.

SECTION 11 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
