Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Or repair (where applicable)

in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

Product Use Disclaimer

Due to the nature of trading card cleaning and restoration products:

  • Results are not guaranteed
  • Improper use may result in damage to cards
  • Outcomes depend on:
    • Card condition
    • Application technique
    • User experience

We do not offer refunds based on:

  • Dissatisfaction with results
  • Inability to remove damage
  • Changes in grading outcomes

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
